      1.   1. Fill out the Google Form [Click here to sign up] or Scan the QR code in the poster attached
             (September 16, 2025 (by 11:59 PM KST)
            - Write your name exactly as it appears on your passport (otherwise, no DMZ entry ❌).
           2. Stop by the Global Lounge (Baekyangnuri, Sinchon Campus) and hand in your 20,000 KRW cash deposit.
           3. Wait for your confirmation email on September 18, 2025.

      •  - Registration is confirmed only after both steps (form + deposit). First-come, first-served!
          - If you’re late on the trip day, it will count as an absence.
          - Students from the International Campus: Don’t forget to book your shuttle bus to/from Sinchon.
