글로벌 역량 함양을 통한 교육 국제화 실현을 목표로 국제처 글로벌원스톱서비스센터의 학생 서포터즈(Yonsei Campus Harmony) 9기를 모집합니다.

평소 교내의 글로벌화를 실제로 체험하고, 세계 우수 인재들과 소통하며, 소셜미디어를 활용하여 연세 및 한국 생활 노하우를 공유하는 콘텐츠 제작 및 글로벌라운지 현장 근무에 기여하고 싶은 연세인들의 많은 지원 바랍니다.

■모집명: Yonsei Campus Harmony 서포터즈 9기

■ 모집대상: 연세대학교 *학부 재적생(외국인, 한국인), 직전학기 GPA 1.4 이상 

     *대학혁신지원사업 장학금 지급요건

     *졸업생, 수료생, 입대휴학생, 의과대학, 치과대학, 간호대학, 미래캠퍼스, 비정규 재학생 등은 지원 불가

■ 모집기준: 지원서, 국적 구성, 언어 능력(영어, 중국어 및 기타 외국어), SNS 활용 경험, 카드뉴스 및 영상콘텐츠 제작 경험 등을 고려하여 선발

■ 모집인원: 10명

■ 활동내용

1. 외국인 유학생 지원 콘텐츠 기획 및 제작 

     1) 카드뉴스 팀: 카드뉴스 콘텐츠 제작 및 인스타그램 채널 운영 (카드뉴스 학기 내 최소 30개 이상)

     2) 영상제작 팀: 월 1회 영상 콘텐츠 제작 및 유튜브 채널 운영(영상제작 학기 내 최소 3개 이상, 유튜브 쇼츠 최소 5개 이상)

2. 글로벌서비스데스크 운영 지원

    1) 외국인 유학생 서비스 응대 업무 보조

    2) 각종 행사 및 프로그램 기획·운영 및 홍보 지원

    3) 외국인 유학생 고충 사항 모니터링 및 피드백

    4) 각종 공지 및 홍보용 콘텐츠 (카드뉴스, 현수막, 포스터 등) 제작

■ 활동기간: 2026-2학기 

■ 우대사항: 유학생회 미디어팀, 국제처 산하 동아리, 서포터즈 활동 등 교내외 유관 활동 경험자

■ 활동혜택: 콘텐츠 및 라운지 근무에 대한 활동장학금 지급, 수료 시 수료증 수여, 리더십개발인증 마일리지 부여(별도 신청 필)

1. 서포터즈 콘텐츠 제작 활동 장학금 

※ 콘텐츠 제작 활동 장학금 지급기간 (2026. 9. 1. ~ 2026. 12. 21. 약 3.5개월)

2. 근로 장학금 (최소 주 3시간 이상 글로벌서비스데스크 지원 업무)

3. 해당 학기 활동 종료 후 서포터즈 활동 확인서 발급 

4. 리더십개발인증 마일리지 자격 부여(글로벌사회공헌원 리더십센터로 별도 신청 필)

- 기본 50점, 리더 추가 20점 부여

■ 접수기간 및 선발절차: 2026. 8. 4.(화) 23:59(KST) 까지

1) 온라인 면접 중 지원자 측의 인터넷 연결 끊김, 기기 오류 등이 발생 시 면접 진행 및 평가에 불이익이 발생할 수 있습니다.

포트폴리오와는 별도로 과제를 추가 제출해야 합니다.

다음 3가지 주제 중 원하는 주제를 1가지 선택하여 본인의 지원 분야에 맞는 양식으로 제출해 주세요.

제출 양식 (택 1):

1. 카드뉴스 부문: 타이틀(표지) 페이지 1장 + 구성/목차 페이지 1장

   - 파일 형식: JPG 또는 PNG 또는 PDF

   - 권장 사이즈(택 1):

     정방형: 1080 x 1080 px (인스타그램 피드 기본 규격)

      세로형: 1080 x 1350 px (인스타그램 피드 확장 규격)

2. 영상 부문: 유튜브 숏츠 또는 인스타 릴스 썸네일 이미지 1장 + 5줄 핵심 기획안

  - 파일 형식: JPG 또는 PNG 또는 PDF

  - 썸네일 권장 사이즈: 세로형 1080 x 1920 px (9:16 비율)

  - 숏츠 또는 릴스 기획안 형식: hwp 또는 pdf 또는 docx(최대 5줄 이내로 작성(줄바꿈 포함, 제목 제외))

제출방법: 하나의 파일 또는 하나의 폴더로 하여, 신청 이메일 제출 시 첨부 

■ 유의사항: 지원자는 2026년 2학기에 재적 중이어야 하며, 타 부서와 중복으로 근로장학금을 받을 수 없습니다. 기한 외 제출되었거나 잘못된 이메일로 제출된 지원서는 접수되지 않습니다.

Fall 2026, Recruitment of the 9th Yonsei Campus Harmony Supporters

(Global One-Stop Service Center X University Innovation Support Project)

Global One-Stop Service Center (GOSC) of Office of International Affairs recruits supporters who can help Yonsei international students, exchange, and visiting students from distinguished partner universities by creating social media contents(Cards News, YouTube Videos) and work at the Global Service Desk on-site.

Recruiting both International and Korean undergraduate students to participate in a project called ‘Yonsei Campus Harmony Supporters’ operated by GOSC – creating social media contents and promoting harmonious campus life among Korean and international students. 

■ Project: “The 9th Yonsei Campus Harmony Supporters”, (Global One-Stop Service Center Student Supporters)

■ Eligibility: Enrolled for Fall 2026 full-degree Yonsei undergraduate students (both International and Korean) and GPA must be over 1.4 from the previous semester.

■ Recruitment criteria: Application form, Nationality quota, Language skills(English, Chinese, Korean etc), Social media and video content production experience, etc.

■ Number of members: 10 members

■ Activities:

1. Planning and Producing Content to Support International Students at Yonsei

    1) Card News Team: Card news content production & Instagram account management (more than 30 card news)

    2) Video Production Team: Video content production & YouTube channel management (more than 3 YouTube videos, 5 Shorts within the semester)

2. Support Global Service Desk Operations

    1) Assistance in responding to services for international students studying at Yonsei

    2) Plan,Support and promote for the various events and programs of GOSC

    3) Monitoring and feedback on the difficulties of international students

    4) Production of notices and promotional contents (eg. Card news, banner, poster, etc) of GOSC

■ Period: 2026-2st semester

■ Relevant experiences preferred, involved in as a media team member of an international student association, student clubs under OIA, supporters, etc.

■ Benefits: Scholarships, and Certification of Completion, Leadership Mileage

1. Supporters Content Production Activities Scholarship

※ The scholarship period for content production activities (September 1, 2026 - December 21, 2026. around 3.5 months)

2. On-campus Work Scholarship (working at the Global Lounge at least more than 3 hours per week)

3. Issuance of Certification of Completion at the end of the period

4. Qualification for Leadership Development Mileage(Operated by Yonsei University Leadership Center)

Mileage awarded: 50 basic points + an additional 20 points for team leaders.

Application required: Submit a separate application to the Leadership Center

1. Card News Preference: : 1 title/cover page + 1 outline/table of contents page

  - File format: JPG, PNG, or PDF

  - Recommended size: 1080 x 1080 px (standard Instagram feed size) or 1080 x 1350 px (expanded Instagram feed size)

2. Video Production Preference: 1 thumbnail image for YouTube Shorts or Instagram Reels + a 5-line Production plan

  - Thumbnail image format: JPG, PNG, or PDF

  - Thumbnail size: 1080 × 1920 px (9:16 ratio)

  - Production plan format: hwp, pdf, or docx (Maximum of 5 lines, including line breaks (title excluded))

Submission methods: Attach the assignment as a single file or a single folder when submitting the Application Form via email

■ Note: You should be registered for 2026 Spring semester and can only receive on-campus work scholarships(근로장학금) from one department/office. Applications sent over due date or wrong email will not be accepted.
