[Recruiting] GSIS International Admissions Assistant

This is an in-person role and students must be based in Korea. Applicants who are available from 3/30 will be preferred.

1. Working Period: 2022/03/30 - 2022/08/31 (1 semester, the contract can be extended up to 2 semesters depending on the work performance)

2. Scholarship provided: 9,160 KRW/hour

3. Working Hours: 

- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Mon. to Fri. (except class hours and lunch break, up to 27 hours/week)

- During the winter/summer break, your hours will be 10:00 AM -3:00 PM Mon. to Fri.

4. Qualifications:

- Required: Chinese(native level) & English(fluent)

- Preferred: Korean fluency (i.e. ability to answer the phone in Korean)

- Preferred: Previous office experience, excel proficiency

- Preferred: Students who do not already have a full scholarship (i.e. GKS or Fulbright)

5. Responsibilities include:

- Assisting the admissions officer

- Processing application documents for international students

- Answering email and phone inquiries

- Supporting GSIS academic events (Orientation, Open House etc.)
