1. Plan after Graduation & Commencement Attendance Survey (Mandatory)

- If you are a graduating student, please answer this survey to let us know your plan after graduation & your attendance for commencement ceremony

- This survey is mandatory for all graduating students (Please complete the survey by Feb. 10, 2023

2. Graduation Worship Service (Optional)

- A worship service for graduating students will be held at Luce Chaple before graduation.
ㅁ Date & Time: Feb. 26(Sun.) 2023, 3pm
ㅁ Venue: Yonsei Luce Chaple (https://www.yonsei.ac.kr/en_sc/intro/sc_map.jsp?search_val=Luce+Chapel#)

ㅁ Note: This event is NOT mandatory for graduating students to attend. The worship service will only be delivered in Korean. If you wish to attend, you are required to put on the graduation regalia during the service. You can also take a photo with the Yonsei president after the service.

3. Yonsei GSIS Commencement Ceremony
- GSIS Commencement ceremony will be held as follows.
ㅁ Date & Time: Feb. 27(Mon.) 2023, 2pm (Please be seated by 13:45)
ㅁ Venue: Room 101(Main Auditorium), New Millennium Hall

4. Regalia Rental
For all graduates who want to rent regalia, please pay the rental fee during the period written below.
ㅁ Eligibility for Rental: Students graduating in February, 2023
ㅁ Payment Period: Feb. 15, 2023 (Wed.) 09:30 ∼ Feb. 27, 2023 (Mon.) 14:00
ㅁ Rental Period: Feb. 16, 2023 (Thu.) ∼ Feb. 27, 2023 (Mon.), Mon~Fri 09:30~15:00
ㅁ Rental Fee: Master's Regalia: 7,000 KRW.  Ph.D graduates need to prepare their Doctoral regalia on their own.

ㅁ Graduates can pick up their regalia at the GSIS library (New Millennium Hall, 3rd floor) and the color of the hoods varies according to your program as follows: 

A. KSP: White 

B. PIC: Blue 

C. ITFM: Brown

5. Important

A. You are required to present your student ID & payment receipt on site for the regalia rental.
B. The regalia MUST be returned to the GSIS library(3rd floor) by 4:30 pm, Feb. 27. Your Yonsei portal account will be locked(meaning you can't print out official documents on the portal any more), if the graduation regalia is not returned in time.
C. Graduates should return all the books to Yonsei Library before commencement. Diploma, regalia won't be provided if books are not returned.

D. Extra notice for commencement ceremony will be sent to students who will be attending the ceremony(based on the survey result) later by e-mail.
