[General Notice] Guideline for Part-time Work Permit

Note: This is a general rule that applies to D-2 student visa holders ONLY.

To get a permission for part-time work or internship: you need to prepare the following documents.

1. Part-time Work of Foreign Student Confirmation Form: Click here to Download the form

- Please fill out the form before visiting the international office.

- Please submit the form with contract from the company.

2. Letter of Medium of Instruction

- Only available if you are enrolled in an English-track programs (KSP/PIC/ITFM), request to GSIS office (gsisoffice@yonsei.ac.kr) by e-mail.

3. TOPIK Transcript

- You need this if you are NOT enrolled in an English-track program (GCC/GCSD)

Once above documents are ready, you need to visit the "Office of International Affairs" (Baek Yang Hall, Rm.#S308) to get the Yonsei University seal, and take those confirmed documents to the immigration office (either online or offline) for the final approval.
