Things to Keep in Mind
1 Eligibility: Only WAY participants are eligible to apply for extracurricular activities.
2 Limited Spots: Registration is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Activities may reach full capacity before the registration period ends.
3 Cancellation & Refund Policy: Due to limited capacity and pre-arranged agreements with our partners, cancellations for personal reasons or changes of mind after registration are NON-REFUNDABLE.
4 Subject to Change: Program content and schedule are all subject to change without prior notice due to weather conditions, safety regulations, or other circumstances.
5 Seat Transfers: Seats cannot be given to another student (e.g. a friend) if you are unable to attend, nor is registering on behalf of another student allowed. Please only register if you are able to participate, as spots are limited.

RSVP required — attendance is optional, seats are limited.
The RSVP details is expected to be available and shared during the last week of December via email and the website notice page. As spots are on a first-come, first-served basis, please keep an eye out for the annoucnemend and submit the form as soon as possible.
The RSVP form may close early once all available spots have been filled. Please note that only student who are confirmed on the RSVP list will be contacted. If you miss the RSVP deadline or are unable to submit the form, unfortunately we cannot guarantee a seat or cap and gown.

• Transportation not included — The class is taking place at the studio within walking distance from campus.
• All ingredients and cooking materials are provided — Students get to enjoy what they cooked afterwards for dinner, to-go box will also be provided.
