The Asian Development Bank (ADB), supported by the e-Asia and Knowledge Partnership Fund (EAKPF) of the Republic of Korea, will be hosting an International Conference on Achieving Climate Objectives: Accountability and Transparency from 5-7 November 2024 at the Hotel Naru Seoul MGallery, Korea.

This two-day event will bring together policymakers, government officials from ADB's developing member countries (DMCs), experts, and practitioners to discuss key topics, including:

• Overview of Climate and Environmental Governance
• Compliance with International Climate Protocols and Agreements
• Integrating Climate Goals into National Auditing Practices
• Future Challenges for Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) in Climate Accountability

Yonsei University Graduate Students Invitation:As part of its commitment to fostering international exposure and career opportunities for students, ADB is extending an invitation for four graduate students from Yonsei University to attend the conference as observers. Selected students will have access to all sessions, luncheons, a welcome reception, and dinners. Additionally, they will receive a certificate of participation for the two-day event.
