이 학술대회는 안동 하회마을의 세계유산, 인류무형유산, 세계기록유산을 통해 유산 간의 통합적 보존, 활용, 접근에 관한 실질적인 논의를 진행하는 자리입니다. 또한, 전 세계의 유네스코 유산 관련 학자들과 전문가들의 발표와 토론이 이어져 유네스코 지정유산의 정책적 접근 방안을 모색합니다.

[Event Overview]

Theme: UNESCO Heritage Policy: Integration Beyond Categories
Date: October 15 (Tuesday) - October 19 (Saturday), 2024
Location: Andong International Convention Center, Hahoe Village, Dosan Seowon, etc.
Participants: Over 200 domestic and international experts related to UNESCO heritage

This conference aims to facilitate practical discussions on the integrated preservation, utilization, and access of heritage through the world heritage, intangible cultural heritage, and world documentary heritage of Hahoe Village in Andong. Presentations and discussions by scholars and experts from around the world will explore policy approaches to UNESCO-designated heritage.

Main Schedule:

• October 16 (Wednesday): Field visit to Hahoe Village and opening ceremony of the international conference
• October 17 (Thursday): Academic presentations (heritage policy and case presentations)
• October 18 (Friday): Comprehensive discussion and closing ceremony
